BETH SHAPIRO

Founder and principal of Sustainable Success, Beth Shapiro is a seasoned expert dedicated to enhancing performance and fostering sustainable change for leaders, teams, and organizations. Her focus revolves around building the capacity to establish and maintain robust, strategic, and effective relationships.

A graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School with a Master in Public Administration, Beth holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). With over two decades of leadership experience spanning private and non-profit sectors, Beth has delivered coaching and training across diverse settings, including federal and state government, higher education, nonprofits, and various private sector industries.

Notably, Beth played a pivotal role in the U.S. Transportation Security Administration's Security Evolution training (featured on 60 Minutes and MSNBC.com), a transformative program recognized among the Department of Homeland Security's top 10 successes in 2008.

Beth served on the faculties of two premier coach training programs, Coaches Training Institute and CRRGlobal–where she continues to train, mentor, and supervise candidates for team coaching certification.
